Platinum Storage announces the acquisition of StoreEase Self Storage in Tennessee$10.05 Million acquisition adds modern facility to growing portfolio
March 29, 2026: Platinum Storage, a Newport Beach, California-based real estate acquisition and development company, has acquired StoreEase Self Storage in Spring Hill, Tennessee, for $10.05 million.
The 4.4-acre property at 1024 Parkway Drive, developed last year, features two single-story buildings offering 77,404 square feet of rentable space across 657 storage units.
The seller, Inkana Development, was represented by Ian Lindahl, director of investments, and Adam Schlosser of The LeClaire-Schlosser Group.
