New facility includes approved expansion and indoor vehicle storage

March 31, 2026: Extra Space Storage Inc., a leading self-storage REIT, has acquired Groveland Self Storage in Groveland, Massachusetts, further strengthening its regional presence.

Located at 15 Nelson Street, the property features 35,100 net rentable square feet across 169 drive-up storage units and also provides indoor vehicle storage. Plans for an additional expansion have already been approved.

The seller was represented by Gabriel Coe and Nathan Coe, senior managing directors of investments, Luke Dawley, director of investments, and Brett Hatcher, executive managing director of investments with The Hatcher Coe Group. Broker Thomas Shihadeh also assisted in the transaction.
