The project plans for 4311 34th St. S. in the Skyway Marina District include a self-storage facility comprising 95,000 square feet in 750 units. Once complete, the facility will be managed by Life Storage Inc., a self-storage real estate investment trust (REIT) and management firm.
The development will also contain an eight-story residential building with 400 units, a 4,500-square-foot restaurant, a 2,400-square-foot bank with a drive-thru, and a 900-square-foot office.
The property is adjacent to the 245-unit Marina Walk apartment complex, another Allied project under construction.
