The portfolio includes two separate Storage Station facilities situated just 1.5 miles from each other in Ocean County.
Storage Station on James Street in Toms River is situated within one block of Routes 37 and 166 and the Garden State Freeway. The facility is situated on 3 acres of commercially zoned land. The property has two buildings and offers on on-site rental office as well as U-Haul rentals. Facilities include asphalt driveways, exterior lighting, a camera system and remote control operated automatic gates.
Storage Station on Flint Road in South Toms River is situated between Route 166 and Main Street. The facility is situated on almost 1.5 acres of commercially zoned land. The property has six buildings and it is managed out of the James Street rental office. Facilities include asphalt driveways, exterior lighting, a camera system and keypad operated automatic gates.
President of Investment Real Estate, John H. Gilliland, says about the sale, “This is the last sale of a six property portfolio that our firm was employed to sell. The Seller and Buyer were very pleased with the transaction as both accomplished their goals in the disposition and acquisition.” Investment Real Estate Construction has also been retained to re-roof the entire James Street property this fall.
