August 1, 2024: Access Storage in Corpus Christi, Texas, sold to Andover Properties LLC, which operates the Storage King USA brand. Built in 2003, the facility at 8041 South Padre Island Drive sits on 5.7 acres and comprises 83,505 rentable square feet in 626 units and also offers vehicle-storage spaces. Established in 2003, New-York based Andover owns and manages 162 storage properties in 18 states.
