A Boston based real estate developer plans to work on the conversion project

- The converted warehouse will be one of the first climate controlled self-storage facilities in Plaistow, NH,
as per press release from NAI Norwood Group, the real estate brokerage that represented the buyer in the transaction. The warehouse is located on Route 125 near the border of Haverhill, MA. The property was bought by the developer for $2.8 million.
The seller, Scott Building Twenty LLC, was represented by AR Bonin Cos. LLC. The buyer was represented by Joseph Mendola, senior vice president of Bedford, N.H.-based NAI Norwood and an affiliate of the Argus Self Storage Sales Network.
According to the press release, after converting the property will have 47,000 square feet of rentable storage space. It is scheduled to open in July.
Argus is real estate brokers who specialize in storage properties. It is based in Denver and was formed in 1994.
