The new self-storage facility is located in Downtown Denver
January 28,2013- The environment friendly self-storage facility is constructed in Denver’s trendy River North district. It has 65,000 square foot facility with 234 solar panels. The storage facility also has efficient insulation and recycled building materials.
“Over the past 12 years, the residential population has grown more than 85 percent in downtown Denver,” said owner Bahman Shafa. “There just isn’t enough existing storage space to accommodate such growth, so we are thrilled to bring this new, state-of-the art storage solution to Denver.”
Downtown Denver was selected to construct the environment friendly facility as there are 17,000 residents and 44,000 college students and most of them require storage options. The area has lot of art galleries and many other creative businesses around.
The new self-storage facility will be offering 747 storage units for office and retail use. They will be having computerized keypad access, door alarms and climate controlled units. Greenbox has two self-storage properties which are under development in Denver area.
