Attic Self Storage operates three facilities in Greater London
July 27, 2020: Attic Self Storage, has partnered with Style Sisters, a business specializing in home and closet organizing and decluttering, to launch a series of customer-targeted tutorials. The “Style with Attictude” initiative coincides with the opening of a new Attic location in the Marylebone neighborhood, according to a press release.
Style Sisters launched in 2018. The company operated by Gemma Lilly, a fashion stylist, and Charlotte Reddington, an interior designer. The duo have become popular Instagram influencers in the United Kingdom and helped several celebrities organize and declutter their homes, the release stated. The Attic tutorials will offer self-storage customers step-by-step advice for home and office challenges, including how to clear space to boost wellness, the best ways to use home space for remote working, clever storage solutions for parents, and how to store a seasonal wardrobe.
Attic’s Marylebone facility is opening as U.K. businesses and residents adjust to changes caused by the coronavirus pandemic. The 17,217-square-foot location occupies two floors of Rossmore Court, which formerly served as a National Car Parks parking garage. The converted structure will eventually comprise 373 units offering keyless, electronic locks customers can unlock via mobile app.
“We are excited to launch our new Marylebone facility, which will provide secure storage within a safe and welcoming environment, whilst enabling us to actively support the local community. This key milestone will strengthen our presence in London as we aim to become the largest independent operator in [the city] by 2022. Our growth includes partnerships like the Style Sisters ‘Style with Attictude’ campaign to support consumers and businesses with clever space creating ideas.” Said by Frederic de Ryckman de Betz, Attic’s founder and CEO.
Attic believes the timing of the Marylebone opening will help meet consumer demand, based on responses to a survey it conducted earlier this month. The tutorial topics that will be addressed by Style Sisters were derived, in part, from responses collected by the survey, according to the release.
Attic founded in 2006, operates facilities in Bow, King’s Cross and Marylebone, London. It has a fourth location under development in Harrow, England.
