1. This is one of the best storage facilities I have used in the last 25 years and I have used many of them. They are very secure, with individual alarms, and they have more than reasonable rates, which is why they keep customers and rarely have many openings. Also, if you keep really good communication with the staff when you are experiencing financial difficulties, they really try to look after you and help you. In my experience customer service is nearly always friendly and helpful.
Yes it can be frustrating at times with only one freight elevator, especially if you happen to be doing a lot of moving when lot's of people are there or you get discourteous people that will not close it up for other's to use when they finish moving stuff out of it. 2. After getting bad vibes from another facility I originally intended to rent from, I called A-1 Storage and (thanks to one of the employees, Brittany) very quickly reserved a larger, more secure unit at about half the cost. No complaints after 2 months! Great staff, honest and secure! - Jack Cook
