The self-storage facility is expected to be opened in 2026

April 16, 2024: Shurgard Self Storage Europe SARL, the European affiliate of U.S.-based REIT Public Storage Inc., is developing a self-storage facility in Roedelheim, Frankfurt, Germany.

Expected to open 2026, it’ll comprise 80,729 square feet in 1,100 units. Shurgard operates 280 self-storage properties comprising 1.4 million net rentable square meters in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
