LSC focuses on the acquisition, development and ownership of commercial properties including self-storage

April 12, 2024: LSC Development LLC completed a seven-story self-storage facility in Hempstead, New York. Branded and managed by Extra Space, the building at 46 Greenwich St. comprises 112,188 net rentable square feet in 1,382 climate-controlled units. It was designed by Mancini Mui Architects, with Park East Construction serving as the general contractor. 

Based in Barrington, Illinois, LSC focuses on the acquisition, development and ownership of commercial properties including self-storage.
