April 12, 2024: Brookwood Properties LLC opened two The Storage Center facilities in Mobile, Alabama. The three-story building at 5651 Grelot Road comprises 95,000 net rentable square feet in 900 climate-controlled units. The three-story structure at 99 Schillinger Road S. comprises 100,000 net rentable square feet in 900 climate-controlled units. 

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Brookwood operates 64 locations in seven states. with plans to open four more in the state this year.
