The property has been acquired for $20 million

April 3, 2024: Prime Group Holdings, which operates the Prime Storage brand, acquired a 1.7-acre property at 6025 Park Drive in Rocklin, California, for $20 million. Managed and branded by REIT Extra Space, the three-story facility opened in 2021. It comprises 98,240 square feet in 993 units. The seller, an affiliate of Banner Real Estate Group, was represented in the transaction by Brian Somoza, senior managing director of JLL Capital Markets, a full-service global provider of capital solutions for real estate investors and occupiers.
