U-Haul has been in business since 1945

March 28, 2024: Phoenix-based U-Haul International Inc. is developing a self-storage facility in Manheim, Pennsylvania. Plans for the 13.3-acre property at 1985 State Road include a three-story building offering 1,295 climate-controlled units. It will also contain a warehouse for the company’s mobile-storage containers. It’s scheduled to open next year.
