Willow Partners Redevelopment is converting the Housatonic Wire Co. site in Seymour to self-storage

The construction will begin this spring

March 15, 2024: Florida-based Willow Partners Redevelopment is converting the Housatonic Wire Co. site in Seymour, Connecticut, to self-storage. Construction on the 100,000-square-foot building will begin at 109 River St. this spring. Willow Partners purchased the 4.5‑acre property from Alex Budzinski for $1.2 million a year ago. Since then, it has worked to clean the soil of the Brownfields site, which had contaminants dating back to World War II. The property has been vacant since 2010 when a fire consumed most of the building.
