January 27, 2023: Ziff Real Estate Partners acquired Fox Self Storage in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, which will be managed and branded by StoreEase. The facility at 104 Melton Lake Drive comprises 13,050 square feet in 111 units and 45 vehicle-storage spaces. An expansion for the 4.5-acre property will add 24,800 square feet in 256 units and 35 vehicle-storage spaces.

Founded by Steve Ziff and Tim Walter, Ziff Real Estate Partners is led by a core team of principals with more than 150 years of real estate investment management and operating experience.

Headquartered in Charleston, SC Ziff invest in neighborhood retail, self-storage, office, and small bay warehouse properties and manage all aspects of the investment process with an in-house team of property managers, maintenance and construction professionals and leasing agents.
