The self-storage facility is expected to be complete by next year

January 19, 2023: Clear Sky Capital Inc. is developing Vista Self-Storage in Vista, California, which is expected to be complete next year. Together with a pair of The Collective Self-Storage facilities already operating in Arizona, the site is part of a seed portfolio for a new investment vehicle intended to expand Clear Sky’s self-storage platform in the West. Combined, the three properties offer 2,900 units.

Founded in 2009, Clear Sky operates a portfolio that includes car washes, manufactured housing, multi-family housing and self-storage.
